Job Brief:

As a Pre Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. Your strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to showcase the value of our software solutions will be crucial in driving successful sales engagements and contributing to the growth of our company.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions, their features, functionalities, and technical specifications
  2. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to software development.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our software solutions.
  4. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on the best-fit solutions to address their specific requirements.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and project scope.
  6. Assist in preparing and delivering high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
  7. Address customer inquiries, provide technical clarification, and participate in technical discussions.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling presentations that address customer pain points and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  10. Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their business goals, pain points, and technical requirements.
  11. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to address customer challenges.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  14. Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on customer interactions, market research, and industry knowledge.
  15. Contribute to the creation and enhancement of sales collateral, technical documentation, and sales enablement materials.
  16. Participate in sales meetings and share feedback to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
  17. Stay updated on the latest product releases, updates, and enhancements related to our software solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience of 2 years in pre-sales, technical sales, or a related role within the software development or IT industry.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development concepts, technologies, and architectures.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  4. Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and address customer requirements.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and software development.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
